2011/2012 Schedule

- Registration
- Regular registration began Oct 1st, 2011
A late fee of $10 will be assessed after Oct. 23rd, 2011

- Chick-fil-A Fund Raiser and Registration Event
- Thursday, Oct. 6th, 5pm – 8pm (Please mention Providence when ordering)

- Evaluations in Mission Hall
- Saturday, October 22nd 9am-1pm
Tuesday, October 25th 6pm – 8pm
Thursday, October 27th 6pm – 8pm
- Coaches will contact teams starting November 14th
- Team Practices: (One hour practice per week per team)
- Dec. 2nd – February 24th (except Dec. 23rd – Jan 1st)
Days of the week and times TBD. Generally, younger players (Kindergartners and 1st/2nd graders) will practice earlier in the evening (530 – 630 pm with a few exceptions for 1st/2nd graders) and older players (3rd/4th and 5th/6th graders) will generally practice later in the evening (630 – 730 pm and 730 – 830 pm).
- Game Days (One hour game per week per team)
- Saturdays, Jan. 7th – February 25th, times/schedule TBD (no bye week)
Makeup game day scheduled for Saturday, March 3rd. If a makeup day is required, practices will be held week of February 27th.
- End of Season Celebration
- Sunday, March 4th, 2012: Seating and Live Music starts at 4pm. The Celebration itself starts at 430pm with Jesse the Juggler! A light dinner and Upward Sports gifts will immediately follow the ceremony.
